FAQ's

Now, I know you might have a few questions, queries and worries so I'm going to run you through some of my most asked questions. If there are any questions not here please feel free to contact me and I'll be happy to answer them for you.

Is a patch test needed?

Yes, this needs to be carried out at least 24 hours before the treatment.

How long will the results last?

This depends entirely on the individual. Skin type, genetics and enviromental issues all have an effect on the lenght of time the pigment will retain in the skin.

A colour top up is recommended every 12-18 months.

Can I have this procedure if I'm pregnant?

Unfortunately you can not have this treatment if you are pregnant or breast feeeding.

What if I have medical or skin conditions?

During your consultation we will go thought all your medical history.

There are certain medial conditions that are contra-indications but usually uncommon.

Will it hurt?

An anesthetic cream is used before the treatment and an anesthetic gel during the treatment, this can be applied throughout the treatment if you experience any discomfort.

Most people find the treatment to be pain free.

How long is the treatment?

Please allow up to 2-3 hours for your first treatment.

For top up appointments please allow 2 hours.
